• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.

Jet7a may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
